FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. Prior to the big day, you will receive a wedding guide and questionnaire that will help me better understand what you want and need. On your wedding day, I will be there to capture the mood and emotions- the calm and crazy moments and every other detail that makes your wedding unique.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Sneak peaks are typically edited and sent out within 48 hours of your wedding day. Typical turnaround date for weddings and elopements is between 2-3 months (depending on the season). All other sessions have the usual turnaround time of 4-6 weeks.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in Upland, California but I love to travel! If you are inquiring from out-of-state or even out-of-country, there may be additional travel fees added depending on the location of your wedding. I do have a "Bucket List" of locations where I will photograph your wedding for free (yes, you read that right!) - the only requirement is that you cover my flight and hotel fees!
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
For a typical wedding day, I will deliver around 80 images per hour booked. (This does not include the dinner hour since no one likes being photographed while eating lolz)

Nikky was recommended by an event planner friend. She was able to accommodate a last minute, surprise engagement photoshoot after our original photographer backed out. Nikky was very responsive and was able to make my plan come to life.
We really like that she gave a “sneak peek” set of photos within days. It’s great if you’re looking to post on social media right away. The rest of the photos came not too long afterwards. Quick turnaround!
We liked her so much that we booked her again for our micro-wedding. We were happy that she was available on a Sunday afternoon during graduation season. She books fast! She was great at directing group photos and incorporated fun poses on top of timeless, classic portraits. She does it all!
We were initially concerned about the lighting in our outdoor venue. But always trust the pro — she reassured us and the photos turned out amazing! She stayed longer than the initial timeframe just to accommodate our group and take advantage of golden hour.
Overall, we really enjoyed working with her and we are so glad that Nikky shot our engagement and elopement. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

I hired Nikky for graduation photos after finding out about her work on instagram and seeing how great the photos looked!
